These terms cover the use of the Rawla Udaipur website and the basis on which we accept bookings. By making an enquiry or reservation, you agree to them.
Room rates are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by season, availability and length of stay. A reservation is confirmed only once our team has acknowledged it in writing or by phone. Prices shown as "on request" will be quoted directly for your dates.
Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests.
Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan and season and will be shared with you at the time of booking. Where a deposit has been taken, any refund follows the cancellation terms agreed for your reservation.
We ask guests to treat the property, our team and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of unlawful conduct or behaviour that affects the safety or comfort of others.
We take reasonable care of guests and their belongings, but we are not liable for loss or damage except where caused by our negligence. Please use the facilities provided for valuables and follow posted safety guidance.
